$0.03/ square inch - thread, batting, and return shipping included in price. 

(Example: 60x70 = 4,200 inches  /  4,200 x .03 = $126)

What is edge to edge you ask? Edge-to-edge is a computer guided design. A design of your choice will be repeated across the whole quilt, for a clean, uniform look. 

Our minimum charge per quilt is $55.00

All of the batting used by Oh Thimbles is from Quilters Dream. 

80/20 poly/cotton blend, 100% cotton, or 100% polyester are available

All of the thread used by Oh Thimbles is So Fine! from Superior threads, in a wide range of colors. There is not an additional charge for thread. It is included in your sq in price

Typically I prefer to blend the thread color to the lighter portions of your quilt but this is YOUR quilt and I am open to suggestions on what you would like to see.  

Binding - $0.35/linear inch Example: quilt size 60" x 70" 60+60+70+70 = 260x0.35 = $91

Binding is double fold binding and is made from fabric you include. It is attached to the front by machine and then hand sewn to the back. 

Half-binding - $0.15/linear inch  Example: quilt size 60" x 70" 60+60+70+70 = 260x0.15 = $39

Rush Fee - $65

Quilts are quilted in the order they are received. The rush fee will put you next in line once your quilt arrives at the studio. 

Backing size -  I require the backing to be 4" extra ON ALL SIDES. For example, if your quilt top measures 60" x 70", your backing should measure at least 68" x 78". It can always be larger, but not smaller. Extra fees may apply if I need to add fabric or do some magic to get your quilt ready to load. If you have any questions please ask before you send your quilt in :) 

Neat and Tidy - Please press your top and back for me before you send it. Small wrinkles from the shipping process are fine but getting your quilt in a giant ball of wrinkles is not. Also, please clip any stray threads from the back of the quilt before shipping. You don't want to skip this important step and have dark threads show through your quilt top. Trust me they will show through... 

After I have finished quilting your quilt, packaging it for shipment, and determining all pricing, I will invoice you via PayPal.  Please pay timely as that allows me to send your treasure back as quickly as possible!

I live in a State that requires I collect tax on materials (batting) and "fabrication" which quilting falls under.  Yes, I know, I've checked and rechecked.  This tax will be added to your invoice for a final total payable.
